Questions
How is my portrait made?
We create each illustration with AI image tools, guided by your photo, and a person reviews every one before you see it. If a window or a porch post isn't right, we fix it before it reaches you.
Can you add our name or address?
Yes. Add up to 40 characters, like "The Whitfield House" or "12 Elm Street, Est. 2026," and we'll letter it beneath your home. You'll see it on your proof before anything prints.
What if I don't like the proof?
Reply with what you'd like changed and we'll send a new version. Two rounds of changes are included, and nothing prints until you approve.
How long does it take?
Your proof arrives within two business days. After you approve, printing and framing take two to five business days, then shipping takes three to seven.
Can you use an old photo of a house we used to live in?
Yes. Childhood homes and grandparents' houses are some of our favorite portraits. Older or smaller photos work, though very blurry ones may lose detail.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states.
